Walls & Ceiling

Constructed with 75mm EPS insulated steel panels for exceptional thermal performance and durability. Each home is built within a reinforced galvanised steel frame, offering strength, comfort, and long-term resilience in Australian conditions.

Floor & Trim

Built on an 18mm fibre cement subfloor and finished with premium grey PVC flooring for a clean, modern look. Includes floor and ceiling trim boards with neat corner capping for a smooth, seamless interior finish.

Windows & Doors

All homes come with double-glazed tempered glass windows and doors in durable aluminium frames. Designed to provide natural light, insulation, and security with standard internal doors fitted throughout.

Bedrooms

Our models include 1,2 or 3 bedroom designs, perfect for flexible living. You can choose to have more bedrooms, or more living space, giving you more options for growing families or guests.

Kitchen

Enjoy a modern L-shaped kitchen with white cabinetry, drawers, and wall-mounted storage. Each comes pre-cut for a stainless steel double sink and includes a sleek chrome tap, making it move-in ready.
